Upon receiving your briefing form, our principal architect conducts a 60-minute confidential consultation either at our Gurugram studio or on-site. We evaluate structural feasibility, spatial zoning, circadian lighting requirements, and project milestones before releasing architectural blueprints.
02 What is your typical turnkey project timeline?
Comprehensive turnkey residential metamorphoses typically span between 90 to 180 days, depending on civil modifications, bespoke joinery fabrication, and imported European stone lead times. Every milestone is governed by a legally binding fixed-handover charter.
03 Do you handle direct Italian quarry and lighting procurement?
Yes. We eliminate intermediary markups by directly sourcing full-slab Calacatta, Arabescato, and Roman Travertine from partner quarries in Carrara and Tivoli, alongside custom architectural luminaires from Austrian and Italian photometric houses.
04 What warranties and post-occupancy care do you provide?
Every completed commission is protected by our signature 5-Year Atelier Structural Warranty. This includes annual joinery alignment check-ups, photometric luminaire re-tuning, and priority access to our post-occupancy maintenance concierge.
